Rutile Tio2 base white masterbatch:

 

If you produce high quality products like milk package film, coating film, its opacity by using Rutile Tio2 white master batch is better than Anatase TiO2 white master batch. Another good point is the coloring of the surface of finished products will not change yellow.

 

Anatase Tio2 base white masterbatch:

 

It is cheaper than Rutile TiO2 white master batch, for its opacity is not good as Rutile TiO2 white master batch. In other words: you need to add more Anatase TiO2 white master batch to increase film opacity. Another weak point, under same condition, after a certain period of usage, whiteness of fisnished products by using Anatase TiO2 white master batch will turn yellow. There are many cases in our daily life. So they are fitting for low and middle quality plastic products.

èBefore use white masterbatch it should be mixed completely with polymer. In case fish eye phenomenon occurs, drying treatment should be operated casting film moisture-absorbing master batch.
